MobiPro Office is a wireless software product that is integrated with Microsoft Exchange and
Lotus Domino to enable e-mails, contacts, and calendar updates to be forwarded to the mobile phones
of an organization’s mobile workforce. By virtue of its integration with Microsoft Exchange and
Lotus Domino, the software plugs into corporate E-mail and groupware systems.
Mobile professionals can automatically receive a copy of e-mails received in their corporate
E-mails accounts, as well as changes to their schedules, appointments, tasks and contacts maintained
in Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes, while they are absent from the office.
Mobile professionals are reachable globally through SMS and WAP at very low cost, assuming that
their mobiles have roaming facilities.
MobiPro Office comes in Standard and Enterprise editions.
 The
Standard edition, the base version of MobiPro Office, has the ability to send and receive e-mails,
and send, receive and query for contacts, schedules and tasks. It is for suitable for enterprises
with a smaller number of MobiPro Office users.
The Enterprise edition is the feature rich version of MobiPro Office. It comes equipped with
server functionalities like scheduled updates, device management, server manager, report generator
and session logs. In addition, it acts as a foundation on which other MobiPro products are
built upon and managed effectively. This edition is suitable for organizations with a large user base.
