Whenever stock items reach the reorder level, the solution sends alerts to the purchase manager informing him that stocks of the item in question need to be replenished. The solution also allows sales personnel and dealers to query pricing details of items in stock and updates them automatically when prices are revised.

MobiPro Power

  • Service engineers are alerted as and when a new service request is logged into the database, which helps them to act quickly on the problem. This saves time on servicing, and usually helps avoid a trip to the desktop.

  • On updating the status, a message is triggered to the individual who logged the request informing him/her about the progress or completion.
