SyncExpress Client Edition (client product) supports SyncML and IrMC synchronization protocols over OBEX, HTTP and WSP transports. SyncExpress Client Edition is the right solution for deployment on mobile devices in terms of conserving battery power and reducing code-size.

Supports both SyncML and IrMC synchronization engines.

• Automatic synchronization

SyncExpress provides synchronization optimized for wireless devices. It allows trusted wireless devices to synchronize data transparently when they come within range of each other.

• Server-driven synchronization

Supports server-driven synchronization functionality. This feature enables deployment of synchronization solutions that are optimized for mobility.

• ProtocolHub

Multiple wireless protocols including Bluetooth, Wireless LAN and IrDA are supported. Protocol stack implementations by a number of vendors are also supported. Since the support for multiple protocols and stack implementations is enabled through our ProtocolHub, wireless functionality remains transparent to applications.

• Multiple transports

Supports OBEX, HTTP and WSP transport protocols. Each of these transports offer secure connections via authentication.

• Enables diverse applications

SyncExpress supports a variety of information sources including phonebook, calendar, messages and notes.
